Find healthcare providers and infusion services for the treatment of ALS
This search tool can help you locate ALS care providers, specifically healthcare providers (HCPs) who treat ALS and infusion centers. The ALS Care Locator may help you find neurologists and other HCPs, some of whom have submitted at least one Benefit Investigation and Enrollment Form to Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. through Searchlight Support® for RADICAVA® (edaravone). The tool can also be used to identify multidisciplinary centers, which include ALS Association (ALSA) clinics and Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) centers. You may also search for infusion service providers who have experience administering RADICAVA®. There are various types of infusion service providers. aConsult your insurance provider/coverage to determine where you are eligible to receive RADICAVA® infusions.
Ambulatory Infusion Suites: These are outpatient facilities staffed with skilled healthcare professionals and/or pharmacists who offer infusion therapy services.
Freestanding Centers/Clinics: These infusion centers are located throughout the community and in some cases at pharmacy locations.
Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPD): Many hospitals offer infusion services on an outpatient basis performed in the hospital or at an off-site location.
Prescribing MD Offices: Many doctors offer in-office infusion services or may refer you to one with these capabilities.
Home Infusion Service Provider: Normally a state-licensed pharmacist who specializes in treating patients with infusion therapies in their homes or other alternate sites.
Note that you must have a prescription from your healthcare provider to receive infusion therapy.
