People in the ALS community have a lot to share. Questions and fears, as well as stories of courage and hope. Now you could make a difference by sharing your own experiences of living with ALS and why RADICAVA® (edaravone) matters to you. Whether you Share Your Story by video or post, you could help others who live with ALS feel like they’re part of a larger community of support and understanding.

How Sharing Your Story could help others living with ALS
Whether a person living with ALS is searching for more answers about the disease, or for new ways to live each day with purpose, hearing from others with similar experiences may make a world of difference. When you Share Your Story about ALS and RADICAVA®, you could make an impact in how others live with ALS, too.
How to participate in the Share Your Story program
- You can sign up for a chance to Share Your Story by completing the form on this page
- A select number of people with ALS and caregivers are chosen for the program each year, so you may not be able to participate if there are no spots available in the current year
- You’ll be contacted by the Share Your Story team within a week of submitting your request to hear if you can participate and, if so, the next steps
- If you’re selected to Share Your Story, you should expect to commit a total of about 4 hours of your time to complete the process of sharing your story
To participate in the Share Your Story program, you must be prescribed RADICAVA® or you must be the caregiver of someone prescribed RADICAVA®.
Four ways to Share Your Story
You can participate in the Share Your Story program by making a video, writing an article, inspiring with a quote, or posting a message. Whichever way you prefer to Share Your Story, the important thing is that you’re trying to make a positive difference in someone else’s life. Sharing your story on social media could help others living with ALS feel like they’re part of a larger community of support and understanding. The content you post would share your experience of living with ALS. To qualify, you must have either a personal blog or public Facebook page with 300+ followers. So choose a way that best expresses what you want to share, such as:
Making a video of you sharing your experience
Writing an article about something that matters in your ALS journey
Sharing an inspiring quote that gets you through tough times
Telling others on social media how you “Embrace Your Now” by living in the moment
The First Step In Sharing Your Story
If you are a patient on RADICAVA ORS® (edaravone) or RADICAVA® IV, or a caregiver to someone on this treatment, consider sharing your story about living with ALS. Hearing from others with similar experiences can make a world of difference.
